Prof. Dr. Frank Zimmermann

Professor Dr. Frank Zimmermann is head physician of the radiotherapy clinic at the University Hospital Basel. He is also chair of the tumour centre and dean of studies at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Basel. In his role as dean of studies, he is, among many other responsibilities, leading the cooperation between the University of Basel and the AI Campus, as part of which the online course "Dr. med. KI - Basics" is integrated as an adapted "Basel module" into a course on AI in medicine in the compulsory curriculum of the Bachelor's degree course in Medicine.
