This online course shows how artificial intelligence is changing the world of work – from assistance systems to algorithmic management. You will learn about fundamental concepts, gain the ability to classify applications, and reflect on how they are transforming tasks, qualifications, and work organisation. From a labour and trade union policy perspective, topics such as co-determination, employment law, collective bargaining, as well as risks like surveillance and discrimination, are covered in a practical manner.
