You will learn about fundamental concepts, gain the ability to classify applications, and reflect on how they are transforming tasks, qualifications, and work organisation. From a labour and trade union policy perspective, topics such as co-determination, employment law, collective bargaining, as well as risks like surveillance and discrimination, are covered in a practical manner.
