Professor Dr. Frank Zimmermann is head physician of the radiotherapy clinic at the University Hospital Basel. He is also Dean of Studies for Health Sciences at the University of Basel. In this role, he is, among many other responsibilities, leading the cooperation between the University of Basel and the AI Campus, as part of which the online course "Dr. med. KI - Basics" is integrated as an adapted "Basel module" into a course on AI in medicine in the compulsory curriculum of the Bachelor's degree course in Medicine.
