Im Stifterverband haben sich rund 3.000 Unternehmen, Unternehmensverbände, Stiftungen und Privatpersonen zusammengeschlossen, um Bildung, Wissenschaft und Innovation gemeinsam voranzubringen. Mit Förderprogrammen, Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen sichert der Stifterverband die Infrastruktur der Innovation: leistungsfähige Hochschulen, starke Forschungseinrichtungen und einen fruchtbaren Austausch zwischen Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft.

AI competences in university administration

Anna Sandmeir holds a doctorate in psychology and is a programme manager at the Stifterverband in the Alliance for Future Skills. She is in charge of a working group that is supporting the revision of the Stifterverband's Future Skills Framework. Her focus is on designing co-creative workshop formats and teaching interdisciplinary skills.

Annika Lübben is a research assistant for Future Skills & AI and is pursuing her doctorate in organisational studies on the topic of future making. She has an interdisciplinary academic background that includes cultural studies, philosophy and digital cultures. This was shaped by study and research stays in Bremen, Lüneburg, Limerick and San Francisco. Annika also gained professional experience in community development at the intersection of social innovation and entrepreneurship.

Marisa Pettit is Programme Manager for Future Skills & AI at the Stifterverband in Berlin. She supports the programme management in the coordination and implementation of projects dealing with digital skills, artificial intelligence and future skills in the education and science system. Previously, she gained experience in communication and project management, including in international research projects on sustainable urban development. She combines her expertise in networking and collaborative processes with her passion for innovative educational formats.

Johanna Thietje is a communications manager specializing in “Future Skills & AI” and works primarily in the communications team at AI Campus. Among other things, she is responsible for editing and hosting the TikTok channel “@keepingupwith_ai.” She studied Cultural Studies and Business Psychology at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg (B.A.).

Mira Epremashvili is studying politics and economics at the University of Potsdam and is a student assistant at the AI Campus. She supports the team in a variety of areas - from event management and course delivery to podcast moderation.

Anna Heesch works as a student assistant in the area of content and community management for the AI Campus. As part of her work, she is involved in the development and implementation of digital learning opportunities and takes on tasks linked to community activities focussing on ‘AI in schools’. She is studying to become a teacher specialising in politics/economics and biology.

Stefanie Otto supports the digital learning platforms AI Campus, MINT Campus and Future Skills Campus as a team assistant. She supports the team in coordinating appointments, structuring meetings and processes and preparing knowledge management. She previously worked in social counselling and project management for various NPOs. Stefanie studied social work (B.A.) at ASH Berlin and business administration at VWA Potsdam.

Daniel Miller is Content and Community Manager at the AI Campus of the Stifterverband. With his background in media education, he focuses on the development and implementation of digital learning programmes. Together with the team in Heilbronn, he is setting up the AI Campus Hub Baden-Württemberg, organising regional networking and developing the learning content of the AI Campus in close cooperation with project partners.
