Dr. Bernd Bienzeisler joint the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering as a researcher in 2003. Since 2019 he is the head of the Research and Innovation Center for Cognitive Service Systems (KODIS) at Heilbronn. His research and consulting work focuses on the development and testing of data-based services and business models for various sectors and industries. Bernd Bienzeisler is a part-time lecturer in service management and a board member of the Wissensstadt Heilbronn e.V. association.
