Rules for Comments and Discussions on AI Campus

These are our guidelines for contributions on our platform, whether in the form of comments or discussion forum posts.

Etiquette

  • Please remain polite and objective.
  • Be mindful with humor and irony –not everyone shares the same sense of humor.
  • Provide constructive and helpful feedback to your fellow participants.

Naturally, forums may contain posts or topics that do not fully align with these guidelines. While interpretation plays a role, no one is perfect.

Strictly Prohibited on AI Campus

  • Publicly settling personal disputes
  • "Trolling" and "flaming," i.e., posting content meant to deliberately provoke strong negative or emotional reactions
  • Spam, such as posts with promotional content
  • Harassing or threatening other participants
  • Using offensive, threatening, insulting, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racist language

Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or even permanent exclusion from the platform, depending on the severity of the offense.

Structuring Your Own Forum Posts

  • Search before posting. Many topics already exist. Avoid repetition by using the search function first.
  • Stay on topic. While side remarks are sometimes relevant, they should not dominate your post.
  • Be clear and precise. Formulate your questions and answers in an understandable way.
  • Cite your sources when quoting or referring to other websites.
  • Use meaningful titles when creating new discussion topics.

Enjoy learning on the AI Campus!
