In this first of three interactive course modules on the topic of prompting in teaching, you will gain basic knowledge on how to use generative AI tools! Understand how they work, know about their limitations and risks through practical examples from the context of higher education. In the course, you will find answers to questions such as: How do generative AI tools work and how do they differ? What can I use these tools for in my teaching, and what do I have to consider? What efficiency and quality gains are possible? What pitfalls can arise in their use and is their usage even legally permitted?
