Uwe Elsholz is Vice-Rector for Continuing Education, Transfer and Internationalisation at the FernUniversität in Hagen. He also holds a professorship for lifelong learning there and is involved in the scientific management of the research focus on work - education - digitalisation. He completed his studies at the Universities of Konstanz, Hanover and the FernUniversität with a degree in social sciences. His doctorate at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg deals with networks as a form of learning and his habilitation at the TU Hamburg with concepts of corporate learning. His current research focuses on the use of digital media in vocational and corporate learning, Micro-Credentials and the relationship between academic and vocational training.

Caroline Berger-Konen is a research assistant in the Department of Educational Theory and Media Education at the FernUniversität in Hagen. For the AI Campus she is responsible for the development and expansion of community activities of the AI ExpertLab Higher Education Teaching. In various formats, she supports exchange and transfer between experts, stakeholders and young professionals on the topic of AI as an essential foundation for innovative, future-oriented higher education.

Prof. Dr habil. Claudia de Witt is Professor of Educational Theory and Media Education at the Institute of Educational Science and Media Research and a member of the management team of the research focus area “Center of Advanced Technology for Assisted Learning and Predictive Analytics” (CATALPA) at the FernUniversität in Hagen. She teaches and conducts research in the fields of education, learning and digitalisation, artificial intelligence in higher education, media education and didactics. With her expertise, she leads the work of the FernUniversität in Hagen within the framework of the AI Campus 2.0.
