Machine Learning at School

The online course “Machine Learning in Schools” teaches the functioning and various applications of artificial neural networks. From an introductory example using historical Titanic passenger data to the experimental creation of a “banapple” image with the help of an autoencoder, components and applications of neural networks are explored. Discover how neural networks learn to make decisions, how inputs are processed into outputs within the network, and how a network’s errors can be minimised. In addition to insights into the processing of texts, images and audio, you can use a provided online tool to train and test a neural network with your own data.
